April 2019 saw the inaugural Neon Playground light up the Melbourne Zoo for a 16 day season featuring art and light for wildlife conservation, with proceeds going to save the critically endangered Southern Corroboree Frog.
Bo worked with the team at A Blanck Canvas on ‘The Waterhole’, an adaption of Graeme Base’s children’s book of the same name, featuring giant light up animal puppets and working with seven puppeteers.
With a run of 48 shows, the Waterhole was seen by over 14,000 people during the event, and was well reviewed. Bo was Production Manager for the season.
