Maitreya festival is a four day outdoor party held annually in March and in 2015 was on the beautiful Lake Wooroonook with quality production music stages, workshops, and incredible art installations, with the Saturday night laser show touted as one of the best in Australia.

Along with a friendly colourful expressive crowd, there’s lots of live graffitti, live electronic music, jam stages and decor by crews from Australia as well as America and Japan.  With a generally fun loving vibe this festival is growing in numbers rapidly every year, the new doof family is on the rise.
